However, the time police (Cillian Murphy) starts tracking Will and Sylvia. As Will must contend with the time cops who try to arrest him as he escapes, he faces the injustice of a world where time is in the hands of the rich and where the time of the poor is getting shorter every day. Will starts a fight against this injustice and hatches a plan to take control of people's time.
