John is a maverick NYPD cop who is also a ninja and works with his black partner, Spencer. He soon uncovers an international conspiracy revolving around his girlfriend Nancy and her scientist father, who created a secret formula. With the discovery of the conspiracy, a war begins in both the world of the cops and the world of the Ninjas.
